Our services

Our plant offers various services, including packing, pre-cooling, and storage of export fruits like cherries, stone fruit (peaches, nectarines and plums), citrus (oranges, mandarins, clementines and lemons), pome fruit (apples and pears), table grapes and avocados.

We have a weekly processing capacity of 4,000 bins of round fruit and 2.200 tons of cherries. In addition, we have storage capacity for 20,000 bins and pre-cooling capacity of 36,000 boxes on a daily basis.

Technology

We have the most advanced technology in our processing lines, such as UNITEC Cherry Vision 3.0 for cherries and D’Agen plums, with 44 active routes for the 2020-21 season.

Likewise, for processing round fruit like pome fruit, stone fruit, citrus and avocados, we have a COMPAC line and its Spectrim defect selector, the latest technology in fruit selection, with 6 active pathways and a variable capacity of between 25-55 bins per hour.

This technology allows us to have a complete view of the processed fruit, with more than 360 photographs of each fruit, allowing us to find defects in cavities such as the peduncular area.
